As a landlord you have a duty of care and a legal obligation to ensure that a valid Gas Safety Certificate renewable annually is provided to your tenants. The Gas Safety Certificate must be carried out by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer.
The Gas Safe Register replaced CORGI as the gas registration body in Great Britain and Isle of Man on the 1 April 2009 and Northern Ireland and Guernsey on 1 April 2010.
Gas Safety Certificates generally range in price from £65.00 to £135.00.
